VGA INVESTMENTS is a young entrepreneurial real estate investment firm, based out of Massachusetts. We are part of a large national network of real estate investors and we acquire properties nation-wide. We specialize in residential redevelopment by purchasing existing older or physically distressed houses in Massachusetts and renovating them by incorporating newer, better, more efficient and environmentally friendly materials.

Julio founded VGA INVESTMENTS in early 2008 while obtaining his MBA degree from BABSON COLLEGE. He founded the company believing he could contribute to the “GREEN REVOLUTION” by recycling the existing housing stock in Massachusetts. Just like materials are being recycled and re-used, he believes old houses can be recycled as well; not by tearing down and re-building, but by redeveloping and incorporating newer technologies to existing houses. Julio holds a BS in Civil Engineering and over 10 years experience in construction and construction management in Latin America.

 

Being part of a national network of real estate investors allows VGA INVESTMENTS to source and flex large teams of professional, licensed and insured contractors that guarantee the best quality of our final product.

 

We are constantly networking with real estate professionals such as attorneys, agents, mortgage brokers, rehabbers, builders, wholesalers,private investors, and hard money lenders in order to seek new business and investment opportunities.

Our proven systems stream line our marketing, acquiring, wholesaling, analyzing, rehabbing and selling processes allowing us to quickly turn around properties, greatly benefitting from economies of scale. These economies of scale allow us to offer TOP DOLLAR to our clients when we acquire from them and deliver HIGHER RETURNS to our investors as well.
